You were once a powerful wizard ruling over the entire village. No one dared defy your will! That was until a secret society formed to dethrone you from your newly constructed castle. Secretly they stored up all the magic they could muster with the hopes of turning you into a harmless slime blob. Killing you was off the table, they knew you were immortal due to your deal with death. They ambushed you during your nightly poetry recital and launched a powerful beam of slime-ification and made contact. However,  A good wizard never leaves home without his trusty "No-U"  card. You were unable to block the entire blast but caught enough of it to maintain your sentience, keeping you from a mindless life of a slime. Magic this powerful is not meant to be interrupted leaving the entire realm on the brink of destruction. All those who've opposed you are now but blobs of slime! Now, Climb this ruined world to get back to your magical artifacts and fix your slimey body! It's gross!

(Oh also theres mushrooms everywhere because mushrooms are immune to slime magic. A nice coincidence because your minions are mushroom people)

This version is missing a lot including audio/backgrounds and such. But I think it's still a bit fun!
